Autins newest product receives positive response at German exhibitions
Autins Group’s newest product, Neptune; received good feedback at two leading German automotive exhibitions recently. Members from their Germany and UK sites exhibited at Techtextil (Frankfurt, May) and Automotive Interiors Expo (Stuttgart, June).
The stand demonstrated their newest product, Neptune along with their diverse range of noise, vibration and harshness products. As the sole European manufacturer of Neptune, Autins staff were on hand to explain the technology behind the product, which is one of the lightest ultra-fine fibre, acoustic absorbing materials available to the automotive industry. Visitors could also experience the acoustic absorbing effect of Neptune by stepping into the acoustic booth.
Josh Kimberling, Autins Group Sales Director; was delighted with the response to Neptune, saying: “With the German automotive market being very competitive, I was pleased to see Neptune stood out as a product which could meet a gap in the market with an ultra lightweight insulation at a very competitive price.” He commented, “Being the sole supplier in Europe, we gained good enquiries from companies keen to explore lighter weight opportunities. Neptune gives the same performance, in some cases better at half the weight enabling car manufacturers to provide a comfortable environment inside their vehicles with less weight and lower cost.”
Josh mentioned, “With sites in the UK, Germany and Sweden, Autins is well positioned to distribute throughout Europe and with the highly experienced engineering team and an in-house technical centre we’re able to not only provide a wide range of products for your NVH problems but advise on the best solutions clients may be unaware of.”
