AUT-INS™ L-Series Laminates

The AUT-INS™ L-Series Laminates is the fastest growing  from all of our AUT-INS™ Series product ranges.  The range of products are driven through our customers needs.  Whether the requirement is simply to laminate an AUT-INS™ H-Series cover material to an existing product to improve absorption aroung the 1.8Khz frequency range or to laminate a 5 layer combination of AUT-INS™ A,D,H,B-Series as well as a Thinsulate™ Acoustic Insulation product together this range of products can accomodate your requirements.

Engine bay, plenum areas, undertrays, seat backs, dash areas, door areas, pillar trims and many other areas

Material Characteristics

  • Weight: Ranging from 250g/m² to 6800 g/m² - more weights available
  • Thickness: Ranging from 2mm to 65mm – more thicknesses available
  • Composition: Dependant upon grade, however PES and PUR adhesives
  • Colour: Various
  • Flammability: Meets FMVSS 302
  • Typical temperature stability: 120°C – higher temperatures are available
