AUT-INS™ J-Series Foams

The AUT-INS™ J-Series Foams range from very lightweight compression-mouldable, high temperature, high absoprtion PU foams to very dense neoprene and EPDM based matting foams.  Whatever the application there is usually an AUT-INS™ J-Series foam to suit it.

Typical application areas

for use within most areas of a vehicle including engine bay, interior and boot trim

Material Characteristics

  • Weight: Ranging from 15 Kg/mᶾ to 150 Kg/mᶾ - more weights available
  • Thickness: Ranging from 1mm to 200mm – more thicknesses available
  • Composition: Includes PU’s, PE’s, Neoprenes
  • Colour: White, black and grey with most other colours available
  • Flammability: Meets FMVSS 302 (above certain thicknesses)
  • Typical temperature stability: 120°C – higher temperatures are available upto 250°C
