Our site currently holds TS 16949:2009, ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 14001:2004 quality and environmental accreditation. We have also been awarded JLRQ (Q1) and are currently working towards achieving further OEM accreditation.
Our Project Management team perform the initial print and specification reviews on any new and changed products to ensure the feasibility for manufacture and to identify any issues prior to product implementation.
Initial Sample Inspection Reports (ISIR) and Production Part Approval Process reports (PPAP) for qualification of new parts are offered to our customers to confirm compliance to standards and specifications prior to production start up.
Our entire company is committed to continual improvement with the implementation of Lean Practices and “Just in Time” management utilising cost-effective solutions to meet all of the specific requirements of our customers.
